The other side argues that caffeine can make people stay awake. They believe that if person drinks caffeine it will make you stay awake. Even though they think caffeine make people stay awake, but the real thing is that it trying to fool people so they can buy the their products. Did you know that if people drink instant coffee it contains 65 milligrams of caffeine, and coffee made using the "drip method" has 155 milligrams caffeine. Therefore coffee could harm the person’s and could have lots of caffeine in it. If you manage to consume the equivalent of 70 – 100 cups of coffee in one sitting, you’ll experience convulsions, and may even die. Also, coffee has the most caffeine form all the other products that have caffeine. As well, don’t forget that coffee is very bad types of caffeine, which can make people, have a heart disease, a stroke, and Depleted Calcium and Iron levels in women. Some studies have shown that coffee may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. At least 6 studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis have up to 80% higher risk of developing Parkinson's disease, with 3 of those studies indicating that the more coffee they drink, the higher the risk. In addition, coffee could make your teeth black, bad breathe, it raises stress level, and etc. Also, caffeine in coffee could affect the central nervous system, which will result in mood and behavior change very fast, because of drinking it everyday. People are dying everyday because of drinking coffee or other products that have caffeine. The amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee can vary greatly; it is about 250 milligrams of caffeine, which is too bad for your health. Now you know, coffee is the worst caffeine product, because it has lots of short-term affects. So even if coffee makes people stays awake it affects your body in lots of ways that you won’t imagine, so it is better if they don’t drink caffeine.
