ABOUT THE COMPANY

PT. Sumber Mas Plastindo was established in 2004, and since then we have become one of the leading plastic housewares manufacturer in the market, including Java and Sulawesi. Following the fast growing market, we have spread our wings to manufacturing plastic furniture; and by frequently adding new lines of production as well as new machineries to keep updated with the market, we have successfully become a market leader in the industry. Our wide range of products is able to cater to a wide spectrum of needs.
Nowadays, our brand, “Sunflower”, has carried out a well-known position in the industry, giving us several satisfied customers and repeat business. With 30-years of hands on experience in the competitive nature of housewares industry, our company is growing rapidly strong, forming us towards becoming an expert in the business.

To provide the highest standard of customer satisfaction. We strive to manufacture and achieve the highest quality in our products by using 100% original raw material, advanced machine technology and trained personnel as well as deliver affordable products and within deadlines to our costumers.

PRODUCTION
Our company is using imported materials in most of the production to ensure highest quality products are achieved. Several trained staffs will be responsible for the quality control in every production. Our quality control includes checking the precision of the color, shape, quantity, as well as packaging of every product. We are working 24 hours a day and seven days a week, except on Sunday every fortnightly, to ensuring the punctual production and to meeting our customers’ time frame and expectations.

MACHINERIES
Our company uses imported high-tech machineries and skilled personnel to meet our high-quality standard of products. We are currently utilizing 33 of high-precision plastic injection machines; ranging from 90 tones to 1000 tones, mixer machines, crusher machines and lathe machines that speed up the process of maintaining our moldings. With a wide range of plastic molds, our company is able to provide a various products to our customers’ diverse needs.

ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
While trying to produce the highest quality products, we are putting our best efforts to adhere with the local standards of environment and safety. These include; minimizing our waste by recycling our defected products and wrapping materials, a strict non-smoking policy around the sites to prevent fire and supplying our staffs with protection gears that must be worn at all times during working hours to prevent accidents and injuries.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Faced to the fast growing market and ever changing consumer needs and wants, PT. Sumber Mas Plastindo is expanding its products through ongoing research and development in the company to better understand the consumer demand. The research and development include product innovation, creativity, packaging, price, quality and so on. Advanced technology is always searched and brought to support the production of the latest products in the market.
