A gift I have to offer the world is being a loving and caring caregiver. Listening and understanding people is one of the best gifts you can have.
I have the quality of giving adequate care. I can treat people as if I want to be treated (Golden Rule). I can make people's needs my number one priority while caring for them. I can continue to train and learn new things to keep their care above self.
I have the quality of listening and understanding people needs. I can listen to what they tell me about their history in order to make their future better. I can understand their past and gain knowledge for their future. I can handle their needs as if it was the only thing I had to do so I can give adequate care.
My final and last quality is patience. I can learn to be patient when no one else will. If I am patient and calm with myself, then I also am patient with them. I am patient with my leaders because the people I serve are most important.
Caring for others has so many more qualities that I have failed to mention, but as a whole I want to have service above self. Serving (caring) about people is what matters most.
