SUBJECT: Training Session for San Jose Panthers’ Fans
We am attaching a copy of my letter of February 28, 2011, and the brochure entitled Guidelines for Training Session. These were sent to a select group of baseball fans who has indicated an interest in joining the San Jose Panthers for a limited time during spring training at the Marina facilities.
You will be contacted individually by Vice President Dawn Burnside in connection with logistics and related handling. However, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to extend yourself in making the participants in this program feel as though he is joining our family.
Remember, these people are more than guests; these people are sincere and dedicated fans of the Panthers whom have cheered the players when they were up and encouraged them when they were down. Its easy to acknowledge the applause and wave the pennants when “Lady Luck” is smiling. But it takes a special, dedicated fan to remain devoted to us team.
Please make use of the many convenient and exclusive touches we deviced to be used in this excellent program, such as the extensive menu that can be tailored to accommodate individual preferences as well as needs. Food is a most important part of this program, and we want to make sure that even those guests who have restricted diets enjoy his meals.
So I am asking for your assistance in monitoring this program to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay with us. When they return home, their happy memories will encourage them to join us again next year.
Thank you for you’re continued support in making this an outstanding program.
