Do you know what is a good fat? Perhaps you think that all fats are bad for you but, do you know that some fats are necessary for many essential bodily functions. However some fats can lead you to gain weight and can expose you to a variety of diseases.

Hydrogenated oils are harmful to your health. Check the nutrition facts on the label of foods you buy at the grocery store and eliminate the products containing any kind of hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil.
But what is it? Hydrogenation is a chemical process that serves as a preservative, increases the shelf life of a product and alters the taste and texture of the food. This method also changes the molecular structure of the oil and since your body can't recognize the molecule, process it as a toxin.
Diseases like type II diabetes mellitus, prostate and breast cancer, high cholesterol, inflammation, birth defects, Alzheimer disease, heart disease, infertility, weight gain and obesity and many more has been linked to this toxin. Company profits - not your health – is the main reason they created this chemical process.
