MEMORANDUM

TO: Managers of Avalon
FROM: Annastasia Witter, Accounting Manager

SUBJECT: Change in Expense Allowances for Employees

I have lawful acquired affirmation from the comptroller that there is a change in the premium dispensation for employers using their own cars. On December 8th, 2011, you've been aware of the one compute that had applied to all employees, but there will be a different dispensation computes for regular and non-regular drivers.

Action
As of March 1, 2011, regular drivers will receive $1.00 per mile for the first 650 miles driven per month, and 25 cents for each affixed mile. As for non-regular drivers, they will receive 80 cents per mile for first 150 miles per month, and 25 cents for each affixed mile.
Thanks to managers of each department should consult Account Payable, in notation of all the employees that they will assort as regular drivers. Account Payable will reimburses non-regular drivers based to the document enclosed.

Short Notice
There will be a meeting held on February 28th, 2011 in the main meeting room at 9 a.m. Breakfast would be provided for everyone.

I will be looking forward to see everyone at the meeting on February 28th, 2011.

I have received confirmation from the Comptroller that there is a change in the expense rules for employees using their own cars. Since December 8th, 2011, one method has applied to all employees, there will now be a different computation for regular and non-regular drivers.

Action:
