Because of the minorities -Turkmen, Yezidi, Sabian, Shabak, Christian- group in Iraq are distributed among Iraqi provinces and live together with other ethnic groups therefore the minorities are not given a veto right, but as explain formerly in point number they cultural autonomy they are given a right to use their language in their schools.
