Original Text: Success and Failure
Most of us fail because we lean towards negativism .We cloud our judgment and ability to think rationally.Negative thoughts take a big chunk out of our lifes. We are prone to failure because we allow ourselves to dwell in negativism. Success lives in the minds of people who believe in it.Take those who have been successful, they become a source of inspiration to others but they themselves would have had someone to look up to.Even the greatest of mind had a mentor! Plato had Aristotle and the "Oracle of Omaha" a.k.a. Warren Buffett had Benjamin Graham to look up to.
Warren Buffett cited:
I’m 15 percent Fisher and 85 percent Benjamin Graham.
This alone reflects the needingness of a good mentor
Find someone to look up to and find out what makes him or her tick!
Not sounding too chauvinistic, I would like to touch on the fairer sex.Lately it's been found that women make better successful individuals compared to their opposite counterparts. This baffles most researchers because the female species is less aggressive in nature. Aggression is a key ingredient for brewing success. This profound truth maybe explained by the fact that the female species is found to be more docile and God fearing. This alone may be the key factor contributing towards their meteoritic climb in the corporate world. On the other hand, the male counterparts are more laid back and tend not to be too observent. This may lead to them being tardy at what they do.This would for sure hamper their chances of betterment.

Take those who have been successful, they became a source of inspiration to others and they also had someone to look up to. Even the greatest of minds had mentors! Plato had Aristotle, and the "Oracle of Omaha" a.k.a. Warren Buffett had Benjamin Graham to look up to. Warren Buffett said, "I’m 15 percent Fisher and 85 percent Benjamin Graham." This alone reflects the needing of a good mentor. Find someone to look up to, and find out what makes him or her tick!
Not meaning to sound too chauvinistic, I would like to touch on the fairer sex. Lately it's been found that women are better successful individuals, compared to the opposite sex. This baffles most researchers because the female of the species is less aggressive in nature. Aggression is a key ingredient for brewing success. This profound truth may be explained by the fact that the females are found to be more docile and God fearing. This alone may be the key factor contributing to their meteoric climb in the corporate world.
On the other hand, their male counterparts are more laid back, and tend not to be too observant. This may lead to them being tardy in what they do. This would surely hamper their chances of betterment.
