No injury involved. Chytheai Taylor had a confrontation with the daughter of resident Shakivah Shabazz unit 207. Anima (daughter) asked Chytheai if she can use her key to get in to the building and Chytheai said she did not have it. In result to that it started an argument. Anima got very aggressive and started to threaten her that she will kick her ass and punch her in the face. The brother of Anima, came out when they were arguing and said he could not get involved because he just got out of jail. The argument did end with violence but big threats were made. This has not been the first time that it happened it’s been going on for about a year, when they are always asking for the key to main entrance. Chytheai also stated that those residents walk around threatening all residents like if they were in charge of everyone. We have about 3 other residents that are really scared and do not leave their apt because of this. They are to scared to give any statements. About 4 months ago, Ali the son of resident in #207 punched Ushe resident #109 in the face, he was a minor and the mom does not want to report incident because she is very afraid. Cytheai also mentioned that Shabazz’s residents also do a lot of soliciting, knocking on residents doors trying to sell dvd’s, cell phones and some stolen items. Additional family members, Sharia, Eli, Hassan and Mr. Shabazz came to the front entrance where Cyhteai and Anima were at the time of incident and the events are on camera.

Chytheai Taylor had a confrontation with the daughter of resident Shakivah Shabazz, unit 207. Anima ( the daughter) asked Chytheai if she could use her key to get into the building and Chytheai replied she did not have it. This resulted in an argument.

Anima became very aggressive and started to threaten Chytheai, saying that she would kick her ass and punch her in the face. The brother of Anima came out when they were arguing and said he could not get involved because he just gotten out of jail.

The argument did not end with violence, but threats were made. This is not the first time that this has happened, it’s been going on for about a year, with some children always asking for the key to the main entrance.

Chytheai also stated that those residents walk around threatening other residents like they were in charge of everyone. We have about 3 other residents that are really scared and do not leave their apartments because of this, and are too scared to give any statements.
